Thank you for shopping with Zelvea. We ship worldwide to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — if there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Shipping costs
We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, to every country we serve. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay us — there are no shipping charges added.
Please note: free shipping covers carriage only. It does not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to international orders (see "Customs, duties & import taxes" below).
Estimated delivery times
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, remote delivery areas, or other events outside our control.
Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia are sent from the United States and may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country (for example, UK VAT, Australian GST, or Canadian duties and taxes).
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in your order total and are not collected by Zelvea. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure what charges may apply, as we have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.
Refusing to pay customs charges may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed by customs. If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were not paid, we can refund the cost of the products (less any non-recoverable shipping or return costs) once the parcel is received back.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your parcel at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an address error provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@tryzelvea.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at support@tryzelvea.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your parcel or make it right in line with our Refund Policy. For damaged items, please keep the packaging and send us a photo so we can resolve it quickly.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise (for example, in the UK, EU, and Australia, risk generally passes on delivery to you).
