Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Zelvea. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and our satisfaction guarantee work. Nothing in this policy affects the statutory consumer rights you may have in your country — those rights always apply in addition to what's below (see the country-specific sections).

Our 60-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind our product. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. Because Zelvea is a consumable supplement, you do not need to return empty or partially used bottles to qualify for our guarantee — simply contact us and tell us why it wasn't right for you.

Eligibility for a physical return
To be eligible for a physical return, any unopened bottles should be in their original, unopened packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned for resale, but they remain covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

How to start a return
To start a return or refund request, contact us at support@tryzelvea.com with your order number. If a physical return is required, we'll provide the return address and instructions at that time, and — where applicable — a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Please note — packaging during our launch period
We are currently transitioning to our final packaging. During this launch period, the outer packaging and label of the bottle you receive may look different from the images shown on our website and in our marketing. The product, formula, ingredients, and quantity inside are exactly the same. This temporary visual difference is not a defect and is not grounds for a "not as described" return, but if you have any concern about your order, we're happy to help at support@tryzelvea.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned: gift cards, free or promotional items, and opened supplement bottles (for hygiene and safety reasons — these remain covered by our money-back guarantee instead). We also cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and reviewed your request and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Country-specific rights

The rights below are in addition to our 60-day guarantee above. Where our policy and your local statutory rights differ, your statutory rights prevail.

🇺🇸 United States
Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to all US orders. Refunds are issued to the original payment method as described above.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom — 14-day cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are a consumer in the UK you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, and a further 14 days to return the goods. To cancel, contact us at support@tryzelvea.com. Unopened items should be returned in their original packaging. This right is separate from, and additional to, our 60-day guarantee. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

🇪🇺 European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. Unopened items should be in their original packaging, and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

🇨🇦 Canada
Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to all Canadian orders. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable federal or provincial consumer protection law (including, in Québec, the Consumer Protection Act).

🇦🇺 Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our 60-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
